Most relevant experiences

Dialog Luzern

InnoSmith has supported the City of Lucerne since the launch of "Dialog Luzern" in 2020. Our role focused on co-project management and a comprehensive requirement analysis to tailor the platform to the city's specific democratic needs. We guided the IT vendor evaluation, developed the platform's governance concept, and established the terms of use. Furthermore, we conducted workshops for content managers and provided strategic coaching to ensure the long-term success of this central participation hub.

ImpulsKöniz

For the municipality of Köniz, InnoSmith provides strategic consulting and conceptual support for the "ImpulsKöniz" platform. We assist the administration in designing and implementing various participation processes, such as climate protection measures ("Klima-Massnahmen") and community quality-of-life surveys ("K wie Köniz"). Our focus lies on the optimal configuration of Decidim modules to maximize citizen engagement and ensure a transparent, user-friendly dialogue between the local government and its residents.

deinklima.ch

InnoSmith provided consulting and implementation coordination for "deinklima.ch", a climate-focused participation platform initiated by the Wyss Academy for Nature and the Canton of Bern. Our work involved aligning the technical capabilities of Decidim with the complex multi-stakeholder requirements of climate protection projects. By coordinating the strategic setup and ensuring high standards of transparency, we helped create a space where citizens and experts can collaborate effectively on sustainable regional development.

MeinQuartier.Zürich

For the City of Zurich, InnoSmith was responsible for the initial scoping and conceptual setup of the Decidim platform "MeinQuartier". A key focus was the transfer of Decidim know-how to internal municipal teams through coaching and hands-on training. We also managed the coordination of technical requirements for ongoing platform adjustments, ensuring that the tool remains a robust solution for neighborhood-level participation processes.
